How we will work together

After we have made contact with each other I like to arrange a free initial meeting. Ideally, we will be able to do this over a coffee but dependent on location and time we can do this online via teams or zoom.

I believe this initial conversation is vital for you to see if I am the right celebrant to create and deliver your ceremony. I you decide to go with another celebrant that is totally fine and all its cost you is an hour or so of your time without any booking agreements or deposits being paid. Also, if you do choose someone else I am always available to answer any questions or queries you may have. 

I you are happy for me to create your ceremony then the work, and fun can begin. We will agree a date and time to discuss all your needs for the celebration and really get to know your story and what and who you want to be included in the ceremony. I will send out a booking form with details of when the deposit needs to be paid.

Following that meeting we will have ongoing contact where we can discuss any further ideas you have or just to answer any questions you may have about your special day.

I will then create a draft script for you to check and agree.

I will liaise with the venue and anyone who is involved in the ceremony to ensure it runs perfectly and is exactly how you want it to be.

  • Your perfect ceremony takes place

  • Souvenir script of your ceremony included

  • TEAMWORK THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS
