1. Services

Tony Ince Celebrant provides independent celebrant services for weddings, funerals, and naming ceremonies.

All services are tailored to individual clients and agreed in advance.

2. Bookings

A booking is only confirmed once:

• A deposit (if required) has been paid

• A written agreement or confirmation has been provided

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

Final balances must be paid by the agreed date prior to the ceremony.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations

If a client cancels a booking, any refund will depend on the notice period given and any costs already incurred.

Any deposit paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Changes to services

Any changes to ceremony arrangements must be agreed in writing.

I reserve the right to adjust availability or arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

I will not be liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond my control, including venue issues, weather, or third-party providers.

7. Intellectual property

All ceremony scripts and materials created by Tony Ince Celebrant remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use their personalised ceremony content for personal use only.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
